As long as they dont get bent, and are aligned properly, then i would say yes. Results vary by printer, make sure to check yours.

Can you write on them?

It depends on the APP you use to program the tags. Once locked, it will be read-only, you will no longer be able to edit and reset it. Can i put sticker inside a keychain?

You can put the sticker anywhere it will not be physically damaged (abraded, folded, scratched). But if you fully encase it in metal it will not work as the fields will be shielded by the metal.
