I've been a big user of this lotion for a lot of years for a persistent itching problem. It's the best product on the market for relieving persistent itching and I've tried almost all of them. Recently the company changed its container and while the lotion continues to perform, the bottle absolutely is horrible. The pump will only pump about 2/3rds of the contents then you need to cut the bottom open to scoop out the remainder of the lotion that stays in the bottom. I've communicated to the company about this and I've gotten zero response from them. So I'll keep buying it and keep cutting the bottles open. Ridiculous.
