Why is the tip of this gun removable?

It has an orange tip so that others know it's not real. It is removable (I assume), so while training, you feel like it is and take it serious.

can you remove the clip

You obviously don't know what a clip is. You need to go and learn the diff between a clip & a magazine. A semi-auto pistol like this generic 1911 version uses a magazine. But rarely would a rubber training pistol such as this have a removable magazine.

Are the traing gun exact models of the real weapons? If so could you mark them as such. Makes it easy to order then. Thanks

from what I have seen the weapon is as heavy as a real gun.. It is really made well. Yes, I do really feel that they are like exact models.
