Bandai Tamashii Nations Extender Weapon Set "Armored Core V"

This thing will turn you Bandai Tamashii Nations AC into a BEAST. The details are fantastic, 99% true to the in-game grindblade. The grindblade itself comes in a few different pieces, the bladed weapon part is one huge chunk, the shoulder mounted rack is another large piece, the two are fitted together by an extender, the smaller extender that grabs your weapon during use is another 2 small parts, and finally there are two small pieces that fit into the AC itself to help mount the entire thing. It also comes with a small stand, though I did not really fool around with that, as my unit went straight onto the AC.Instructions are in Japanese as expected, but the pictures are simple and should only take you between 10 and 15 minutes to put everything together. Expect another 10-15 minutes of playing around to fulling understand all the movement that is possible when displaying the grind blade in it's activated form. The Bandai Tamashii AC's arm can be removed and the grindblade attached into the socket true to the in-game activation mode, for a truly menacing display piece... though in this stance you might have balancing issues.For me I found the normal back mounted form to be slightly hard to balance on the AC at first, but thanks to the amazing articulation on the foot pads and legs you can actually have a very well balanced display piece. It took very very violent shaking of the table to tip over after I got it right.I would highly recommend this to any AC fan, or any mecha fan in general who already owns the (smaller not hanged man, god your lucky if you do have that expensive beast) Bandai Tamashii AC figure.

There's a lot of subtle color variation in the gray, in a good way. This is an expensive item for its size, but he build quality is rock solid.
