WORKS AMAZING!
Long time shopper, first time reviewer (for any product). I paid thousands of dollars for fascia release with the Venus Legacy (which also left a lot of bruising) and I am getting the same results with this device. Less pain and improved cellulite appearance. You won't regret it.

Fascia Relief with Little to No Pain
I've been searching for a tool like this for a while, and after trying a few, I finally found this one. Due to having undergone two hip replacement surgeries, I have a lot of scar tissue, which my doctor referred to as 'stuck fascia.' Every morning before getting out of bed, I use this tool to roll up and down my legs. It's incredibly user-friendly, easy to hold, and lightweight. As it glides over my skin, I can feel what seems to be the release of fascia. I also use it on my arms. So far, I'm happy with the results and plan to continue using it daily, as it hasn't caused any lingering pain. Cleaning it might be a bit tricky when the time comes, similar to cleaning a brush, as each knob will need to be cleaned individually.

Fantastic neck/shoulder massager
Originally bought it to help reduce appearance of cellulite. Didn’t give it a fair chance and only used it for a handful of times on my problem areas. However, it works wonders for tight neck and shoulder muscles! Relaxing and helps get knots out

Cheap material
The material is really cheap plastic, I really didn’t feel it did anything. I have it 3 stars because is a good idea but need better quality.

Wellness seekers
If you are always on the lookout for new and easy devices to enhance your wellness, this is a great little gadget that can offer that to you. You can use it yourself of have someone use it on you as it rolls over those aching, tight areas of your body. Inexpensive, but well made.

BEST mini hand-held massager EVER!!!
I absolutely love this little thing! I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Licensed Massage Therapist. I'm also recovering from a disc replacement 360 fusion of L5 S1. I'm really good at rehab but have been having some issues with pain persisting the past few years. This thing is helping me break free and I'm obsessed!!!I got it a week ago and I've used it every day since. I created some bruises on my arms, legs, and hips but that's what needed to happen. I could tell it was working good because my immune system has been an overdrive. This is a good thing! Not only has it helped the pain but it is getting rid of some of the cellulite and areas that I have been working on for years. I love it!Two things I would do different to the product...One, I would put a rubber grip around the handle because there is a line in the middle where the two sides meet together. If you use it like I am it can start to irritate your hand and even create a blister. Lol!Two, It's great for everything on the front side of your body but when you start to try to work on your back and shoulders it can be a little challenging. If they were to put This type roller on a massage stick with two handles on either side you could get your back and shoulders really well by yourself.Otherwise this is the best thing since sliced bread! Definitely Worth the $10, especially over some of the overpriced $80 fashion blasters. I just refuse to pay that. This will work just as well if not better!!GET IT.

Don't Let The Bruising Scare You! This Things is *Chef's Kiss* LOVE!
I bought after using my stainless steel face roller on my whole body after reading how great a roller is to help smooth skin and increase bloodflow, not just on your face. I am extra particular about how clean my facial roller needs to be to use it on my face and am too lazy to clean it twice between each use. That and the fact that it's face sized, I decided to find a larger, overall body roller as well. That coupled with the fact that I have had bad sciatic nerve pain (from Scoliosis) for 5+ years now PLUS TMJ pain PLUS a bit of *extra* fat pockets on my body post-COVID, I did plenty of Amazon comparisons of best full-body rollers and this one stood out the most. I love that this particular tool has the notches, similar to other acupuncture-type pain mgmt. products, that a lot of others don't have. Not to mention the INCREDIBLE price AND all of the great reviews.Long story long, this little puppy has already been a Godsend. I can only use it a few times a week because as you can see from one of the photos, I bruise like a gosh dang banana and this thing really gets in the muscles good. For me, the bruising is a sign that it's working for me because my legs do have bad circulation and when I've done suction sessions with a PT in the past, I always bruise as if I just went against Rhonda Rousey in a street fight. SO NOTHING TO BE CONCERNED BY! lolIf you are someone who suffers from stiff muscles, poor circulation, tightness and/or have cellulite/uneven skin texture...BUY THIS NOW! It takes care of all of it! 10/10 | Would buy again absolutely

Effective but handgrip could be better
Effective in breaking down congested areas of my arm (I have lymphedema following a mastectomy and need to do daily therapy on that arm). I especially like the alternating smooth metal and rubbery tips... if I want to stretch the area, the rubbery tips will "grab" the skin surface nicely (comfortably too). I do have a little trouble with the D-grip handle. It's some distance above the roller, so it's hard to grip and press downward, especially as my hands aren't strong. I have better luck putting my hand through the opening between the grip and the roller, although it doesn't roll as well that way. I'd rather have a handle at right angles to the roller, one I could grab like a hairbrush. I just got a roller stick (same manufacturer) and will be experimenting with both... initial impression is that I like the nubs on this roller better but prefer the grips on the end of the stick.
