Audiophile cable? Not by a long-shot. Definitely a very good cable though...take it from an audiophile.
Unlike a lot of people who purchase this, I can genuinely say I am an audiophile, specifically a basshead audiophile. That doesn't mean I would strap subwoofers to my head, but rather I value good, heavy bass but not when it compromises the sound quality. Thus...I have dynamic headphones, namely Sennheiser HD700s. I bought this cable as a connection from my source (Lenovo Y50-70 UHD with a 24 bit 192K DAC chip) to my amplifier (Cayin C5) and didn't feel like spending the $30-$50 for a silver plated 1m cable so I decided to go for this, and am not disappointed. The quality is exceptional, the product is at a great price point ($10.99 would even be a good price) and the sound quality is definitely better than any other cable so they definitely have something going here. Instead of just an oxygen free copper double shielded cable this is tin coated so that definitely helps with the sound quality. I was using just an average cable before, and it's definitely worth throwing the $7.99 if you're using an OEM basic cable. I don't really have much else to add other than this is a great product at a great price point.I don't call this audophile as an audiophile cable will run you $70-$300 and will deliver quality worth every penny. However, this is definitely a good option if you're wanting something cheap.Overall, glad I spent the money on this.

Vocals through the sentey sound dull in comparison to the Ixcc
I bought this and also bought the Ixcc brand which is cheaper. I did a side by side comparison and found that the Ixcc is in fact more clear than the more expensive sentey. You can get two Ixcc cables for the price of one sentey. The difference is most noticeable in the playback of vocals. Vocals through the sentey sound dull in comparison to the Ixcc. I am an audiophile. I am a music educator so my ear is highly trained. I imagine that the sentey might last longer than the Ixcc cable because of the difference in shielding. The features I like about both cables are: gold ends- higher quality connection which means better sound quality, short cable length which means better sound quality. (Shorter the better) (quality is drastically lower when comparing a 10 ft cable to a 3 ft cable) (always try to keep it under 10 ft if possible) the ends have a little extra metal that allows you to put either cable into your i phone or other smartphone without removing or modifying the case. That was a small detail that turned into a big deal for me. I will get the Ixccs again next time. Music teacher cable tip: get some electrical tape and tape the ends to the cable. Wrap them pretty well because usually the first thing to break on any audio cable/instrument cable/ mic cable are the ends. Electrical tape will strengthen those weak spots of engineering. Your cable will last much longer. This sentey cable is not a bad cable. Just not as good as the Ixcc in my opinion. Save yourself some money.

I tried it with my Kindle Fire & it worked great so I thought if nothing else it would work ...
At first I wasn't sure as I had a bit of an issue with my Samsung S3 working with this cable. It would play a couple songs and then go to the humming sound that a stereo speaker makes if the wire isn't connected properly. I figured maybe the specs on the phone were on the high side for the input & the specs on the cable were on the low side so it jiggled a bit going down the road. I tried it with my Kindle Fire & it worked great so I thought if nothing else it would work with that. I then gave it another try with my phone & didn't have any problems when I set the phone on the seat so it didn't move around so much. I live in a small town surrounded by farms and sometimes the roads are a bit bumpy but it is working great now. I would recommend this, the sound is actually better through my phone or kindle than the radio itself.

Cool-Looking Cable That Works for a Great Price
I lost my old auxiliary cable and needed a replacement so I went to Radioshack and got a store brand one. It was horrible, the plug kept slipping off my phone and it sounded static-y at times. I had to return it. I searched on Amazon for one and I settled on this one in part because it looked really cool with the braided carbon-fibre-looking design. The moment I opened the packaged I knew this was a quality cable. It is very well-made, and it works perfectly. Music sounds much better now. Audio is clearer and I now get more of the deep basses than I did with my old RS cable. The 3' length is perfect for the car because it lets you rest your phone or iPod in your center console without leaving too much cable hanging, and it's long enough that you can answer a call without the cable slipping off the aux jack. For the price this cost, it was an excellent value. I hope I don't lose this one, but if I do, I'm definitely buying it again.

Fantastic: sturdy and functional!
Having purchased numerous aux cables over the years, I was skeptical about the longevity of this cord, expecting it to last a few months, tops. To my great surprise, this is an excellent cable. Construction is hearty and solid, works seamlessly, and easy to roll up when not in use. After about a month of daily use, the cable is in fantastic shape, showing little to no signs of wear. Braided design ensures the protection of the internal wires, and cable itself never tangles, which is a plus! Sound is great, I couldn't be happier. Neither the cheapest nor most expensive cable I've purchased, the price of $7.99 is an excellent value. Seeing as I would have likely needed to purchase another cable by this time had I chosen a cheaper alternative, this aux cable is well worth the price! Based on the quality of this product, I will definitely consider Sentey for future electronic accessory needs.
