I found myself needing a silver tie on rather short notice, so, of course, I looked to Amazon to find a cheap one. The price was right for this one; therefore, I bought it and was extremely pleased at how well it fit and how easy it was to wear to my formal function. Unfortunately, after that one function, the tie began to come apart and unravel at the fat end. While I may be able to wear it a few more times before it completely unravels, the cheap price definitely fits the cheap quality of the tie. The pattern itself is pretty, and I would consider purchasing again if I found I needed another silver tie after this one was long past its prime.

I like the look and feel of this tie, but the quality just isn't there. Admittedly, it was only about $8. And I suppose for the price it's a decent value, but don't expect it to hold up long if you wear ties frequently and expect to use it a lot. After a couple of months of wearing it a couple times a week I wasn't able to wear it anymore. The tag and piece of material on the back that you use to hold the smaller end in place--whatever its called--both fell off. Also the seam on the inside of the tie is coming apart. If I knew how to sew, or was even so inclined to try, I'm sure I could fix it. But that's not really want you want to have to do with your ties anyway. Although it looks nice and is affordable, I'd suggest finding a tie that's put together better and will last longer--even if it means spending more.

I bought it for my son. I like its quality and Price very much.The reason of -1 star is because the description wasn't correct. It shows "Size: Skinny Tie--56"*2.5" " but actual width was 2".Fortunately, he liked it so it is fine. But I recommend seller to check it and revise description if it is not 2.5" for the next customer.

I bought these ties for my husband who has kind of been on a skinny tie kick. By look they seem good quality. The fabric is slightly thinner than other ties that my husband has but you only notice that if you have two ties side by side an LS are running them through your fingers. Since that isn't likely to happen in a normal setting I think they are great. A lot of the other reviews have been saying they bought ties for their teenagers but even for the professional on a budget these are great.

This tie was perfect for my son for prom. It was thin (not too thin) and the purple color matched his date's dress. It was lighter purple than appears on the computer screen. And it is shiny. It was shipped quickly. We were pleased.

I've never seen a tie boxed like this one. What a neat idea! I didn't even risk taking it out of the box because it's so nicely rolled but I did peek inside the box and like the texture of this skinny tie. It's a gift for our 16 year old grandson and I just know he is going to be thrilled. He's looking forward to his new white pants, white sport jacket, bright colored shirt and white tie! This grandmom's own Don Johnson!

I like the ties I buy, they look very nice for young men like me. But I would like it if the material that is made of wouldn't get cot on my finger nails so easily, cuss of that I have to be extra careful when messing with it.

Color is exactly as shown in the photo. Bought this for my man to match my dress and was a little iffy as to whether it would be the same color in person as in the photo. It matches perfectly! And looks very nice on him.
