I had never taken creatine before and Creafusion made a huge difference for me in my crossfit workouts! I have been taking it for almost two months and have been PR'ing like crazy! I don't eat much red meat (which I recently learned is a creatine source) so that could explain the substabtial lifting improvement after using Creafusion, but regardless, excellent product!
