Easy to use, literally just plug into laptop & off you go, fan dial/off switch just by the mouse, lights look cool but aren't directly visible or too bright (often find with gaming stuff, blue lights especially can be piercing&give headaches n whatnot after too long; on this they're actually below the fans facing the desk so just a nice glow). Takes up little room, tilted slightly towards you to not make using the keyboard harder, hardly weighs anything, doesn't slide on the desk or anything like that. Draws air from/through the surface cooling the laptop but don't cause drafts (had to previously use some random USB fanI had, made me cold the whole time I was using it, this you don't notice), and of course stops laptop overheating.So long winded review done, yeah it's good I like it :)

this is a brilliant cooling pad my laptop kept over heatingand since i have bought thisi have had no problems. its avery quiet fan and has 2 bottons on so you can choosewhat fans to use its just connects via usb so easy to set upvery sturdy and your laptop wont fall off as it has stoppersand i like the way you can tilt it as high as you like

This cooling pad is cooling down my overheating mac, but unfortunately it is poorly designed, and seems never tested before going to production.For instance: the power source is a double usb on the side, which is in a very inconvenient location. I often hit it with the mouse. And if you own a mac you know that is commonly put most of ports on the left side (exactly to avoid to hit cable with your mouse). This lead to a ridiculous cable running from a side to another of the computer.another problem is the height. this product is extremely bulky and it raise the mac quite a lot.

Bought this for my husband as he had taken the colour out of our dining table with his laptop on all the time. Bit like shutting the gate after the horse had bolted but very pleased with it. The item arrived well packaged and promptly and the fans work perfectly and not too noisy. Is also adjustable so that he has a better typing level

I ordered this after my last laptop tray died. It does exactly what i need it to and it keep my Mac nice and cool especially when it is charging. You can set the fans at different levels for what you need. I personally don't find the fans noisy. I would definitely recommend this product.It arrived on time and well packaged

This a makes a very good laptop stand and cooling fan. I use it with my MacBook Pro and it significantly reduces the noise from the laptop, as it no longer needs to use its own fan so much! There is a setting to adjust the speed of the fans and the blue colour.

I couldn't tell you for definite if it helps, but it's 100% better than nothing. It will greatly improve airflow to your laptop compared to your laptop just sitting flat on a hard surface.I definitely recommend using the raised feet though, without it, the pad barely draws any air through!
