This is a perfect kit for those who love to do small gardens. I love it

I love all the tools that came with this set. The carrier dropped it off, and I literally opened the box on my deck and started to trim and clean up my succulents. Why I chose this set over many others out there is the convenient storage bag with pouches for all your new little tools. It easily goes in my gardening box with my gloves and clippers, but it is safely contained. The two sets of tweezers included are great, as are the two hole digging tools. The little shovels are perfect for moving things around in your succulent pot as they grow. I love the little water bottle because it allows you to get water to all the bases of your plants and not have to deal with the bulkiness of a watering can (you will need to refill it a few times but if you're buying this set, I suspect you have some time on your hands to garden and won't mind). The only item that I will replaced are the small clippers that come with it. They're hard to handle/grip, and don't seem to cut very well. To remedy that, I just added a pair of old hangnail scissors so I can grasp them with my fingers (instead of palming them like the included one makes you do) and gives better dexterity for my hands, allowing me to get farther in my planting arrangement. This would be a fun gift for someone who enjoys gardening or is just starting out with succulents, or might even be enjoying during shelter in place, but hasn't purchased something like this for themselves.

I bought 2 of these. One for a gift to a succulent gardener and 1 for myself. I have used various tools from the kit several times already since Christmas. I never realized how easy it could be to get soil in OR out of tight spaces.The Roll does seem to be a bit to be a bit skimpy for all the tools to fit without being bulky, but the elastic velcro closure stretches around everything to close. The loop is great to handle the rolled kit and doubles as a hanger which is very handy. It is too soon to rate durability, but each tool is purposeful.Bottom line - not just for succulents, handy for any potted plant and especially house plants.

A great beginner's kit. I've been using it extensively for my succulents. I docked a star because the head of the brush popped off the first time I used it.

This tool kit contains items needed when one begins building terrariums. The green scoop works perfect for placing substrate into any shape vessel. The small scoop has helped us place individual small rocks in SPECIFIC places in our terrariums. The water bottle works extremely well to water around the edges to help prevent from getting water on the "hairy" plants. Hairy plants don't like to have water on their leaves. I have not used the small trimming shears yet but they will work perfect when I need to prune plants inside of my terrariums. I would purchase this again as it is nice to have the bag for everything to fit in and keep items organized.

I gave this gift to two people who live in apartments and have a lot of houseplants. They appreciated having tools to pot a small plant instead of having to use a big garden tool for a little job. Both have done a lot of house plant gardening since they were gifted this kit.

I was surprised how much you get for the price. Comes in handy for all my house plant needs.

Nice set of tools to have for your succulent gardening needs. On the downside for the 3 stars is because the 3 gardening tools were rusted and may have been used. This set is no longer available so I couldn't request for a replacement.
