I find the energy to be smooth on the way up and on the way down, and my stomach doesn't complain. To add an extra boost similar to Celsius energy drinks, I add one drop of liquid methyl-B12 per can. I drink about 1/3 of a can per day leading up to my workouts (I don't need a ton of caffeine). On a side note, the dosage on sublingual B12 drops is absolutely insane - one full syringe is recommended, and provides something like 80,000% of your daily required intake. One drop is enough per day - in fact, less than one drop is enough if you dilute it in an energy drink and keep it in the fridge for a few days.

Ive been searching for clean energy drinks that use real sugar (not the aspartame and sucralose crap), and also has a relatively short and clean ingredients list - a product that is actually rather difficult to come by. However, this product ticks those boxes to my standard. I love how it's organic and isn't overpowerlingly sweet. That said, I've learned I'm not the biggest fan of yerba mate. Definitely possesses a potent yerbamate flavor for being one of the last ingredients. But I think this is just a me problem. This product works as advertised for energy, is clean and doesn't cause a crash. I can't really complain too much. I'll just need to adapt to the yerbamate factor, which I think will happen over time.

About 4 oz of this canned soda, every time, My tummy has immediately reacted to ache, got nauseated... Though it may have been my breakfast at first (this purchase) as I had eaten, then I tried a different day... 2oz, then 4th time, i really needed to wake up ;( All four times, I perfectly got stomach aches. Yikes! I get reactions like this when I consume fake junk ingredients like manmade synthetic sugar, chemical coffene, etc., and I had NO IDEA that this company had changed sugar. Last year was okay; why so sudden? All that seemed to change was the SUGAR from organic cane sugar, which I can take... NOT ERYTHRITROL!!! SAD... VERY SAD... Another company, Try to Run Only consideration of XXXney ! I am pretty healthy but sensitive to chemicals, etc. I believe I used to like this company's drink. I also purchased tea cans from this line. But I NO LONGER can Drink. Because the ingredients are cutting costs, they are using "ERYTHRITOL," a very cheap sugar that is not natural; it is synthetic.
