I teach Health and Social Studies at the High School level. I finally decided to purchase this model to use in my classes as way for students to explore and discover the parts of the eye. So far my students have loved it and it has helped spur discussion and engagement in my classes.

It’s a nice simple eye model for practical use. Although it came with no instructions, the assembly was pretty easy. You can take apart the cornea, lens, iris and get to look in the inside. As an optometry student on a budget, I’d recommend!
