Good shock
It fit but was a tight fit when installing. Looks good, decent quality.

Fits cl350/CB350 exactly as OEM
I originally bought some performance shocks with remote reservoirs but the side-mount CL exhaust got in the way. I opted for these instead and they are identical to the original shocks from 1973. You can even use your original shock spring adjuster wrench. They perform as OE as well - not performance, but way better than the bouncy 47 year old shocks that were on the bike.
