Best lobster ever!
This lobster was huge chunks of claws and tails! It was fresh and absolutely delicious! I will order again.

well packed but not enough ice, 3packes, you need 5 packs all was defrost, luckiest think was I able to use it now.

Perfect for lobster stew or salad type dishes
There was an issue with what I received however a simple email and it was resolved immediately. I will be using this product for our favorite holiday lobster thermedor dish going forward. Top quality and professional supplier!

So disappointed.
Update on 2 January 2020 : I just found out that I cannot receive a refund. Of course, I understand about returning this item but no refund! So wasteful of lobster meat and money! I was so excited about receiving this product! The serendipity was that is arrived early on New Year’s Eve! So thrilled to have it for our New Year’s Eve dinner. I have never written a review so soon after using/eating a product but my disappointment is so profound. I carefully thawed the meat out, dried on paper towel and cooked it as I would with fresh. So sad, it could not be eaten because it was like rubber and taste was off. Just breaks my heart! I researched which lobster product to buy and choose this particular one because of the reviews. Thank you!

Very good & packaged very well; ice pack & the meat itself still frozen solid when it arrived. Wish I had a way to get the cooler it comes in back to them for use again.
