Perfect size!! A little smaller than the standard piece of paper. I got this as a gift for my business partner, it matches the color of the leather in his car and smells amazing! It has the binder rings so he can move his inserts from his existing organizer to this one. I'm so happy I took a chance on this one over the others. Note: if you are looking for a "briefcase type" organizer to hold files in, this is not the one for you. This would fit perfect in a briefcase and is big enough to accommodate an ipad/galaxy tab only
