Improve our Methyl Cycle along with mental ability
I am convinced that this natural formulation of B12 improves long and short-term memory recall. at 82 years of age, I am game to create windows programs on Oracle's Eclipse using the latest versions of Java (I gave up on using C# from Microsoft's Visual Studio 22 because the application is just too large compared with Java development environments). That aside, I started using this vitamin about 26 years ago when it was discovered that I had an MTHFR genetic mutation and taking this as well as cobolamides would prevent the mutation from effecting my mental state. OK - try it yourself. It is safe and works miracles for your methyl cycle processing MTHFR.

Low white blood cell count
I recently did some blood work because my legs, feet and hands would keep feeling cold. I don’t have circulation issues nor am I anemic however I do have a low white blood cell count. I did some research about my diet and came upon b12. I take these because after all the reading I did it seems like I was deficient in b12. Even though the doctor didn’t tell me that. Anyways, it worked. I hadn’t even realized it worked until I noticed the sensation I’d been feeling was gone. Dissolves quickly. A lightly sweet and bitter taste. Nothing you can’t bare without drinking something with it. You get used to it actually.
