Viene sin llave para abrirlo
En la descripción se hablaba de un producto que no es nuevo, pero en buenas condiciones. lo he recibido sin las llaves que posibilitan abrir el cierre de la barra, por lo que su uso es imposible. Como suele suceder, esto me pasa días antes del viaje en el que necesito utilizarlas. No entiendo que ofrezcan un producto al que le falta una pieza básica para su uso.
