Takes a little, very little, practice.
Great product. But do try on the back of your hand first!! Do not saturate the sponge!! Apply to areas of concern lightly by "padding" on gently, don't smear it on. And once applied, work the dampened end with the product on outward very slightly, and then use the wide end, also dampened, to smudge out further. Hence piece practicing on your han first!!

Great beauty blender
I have several of these. In comparison with BB's from other brands, I can appreciate that this is soft but has an added firmness. Tiny detail that makes a little bit of difference in application of products.
