Great features, looks and initial quality in price range.
(AZUNO Pistol Grip Grease Gun, 6500 PSI Heavy Duty Grease Guns with Flex Hose, Metal Extension)This was the only grease gun in this price range that looked a bit different and appeared to be better quality than the others. I really like the features, brand and price. Wish I used it so I could compare. Wanted the air gun or battery grease gun that takes tool batteries. Received the pistol grip. Returned it. No problem. Customer service was great. I did not use it nor take it apart. Just looked in the box.General Comment on all grease guns:The reviews of pieces breaking off or not releasing the zerk for this & other brands. I don't work for the manufacturer. You can not remove the grease gun while it is under pressure. The hose, the seals or the gun will break and leak. It's Fluid Dynamics. Besides, you have to purge all the air out most grease guns in this price range. As far a the leaking oil issue and the not being able to remove the zerk....realizing that most directions today of any brand (imported) has little to say. One does not store grease in the gun for extended periods of time. The type of grease gun, grease, an storage will depict leakage and breakage. There are grease guns that try to elimiate this through various to Do you leave the cap off the gasoline can in the garage. NO! Don't leave the cap on either under pressure in 112 degrees or it will burst & leak!ALL of these pistol grip/air grease guns guns look similar exactly the same in this price point. What is up with that? Looks like the same company just made different stickers or paint! ALL the the reviews are terrible for ANY brand listed here regardless of price. The Linco_n had metal filings in it (according to user). Are you kidding me. This is supposed to protect the greasable joint on your expensive equipment/vehicles.Conclusion: Buy one that it rated better than others. Look for your price range. Immediately change the flexible hose to something better quality exceeding the capacity/pressure limits of the grease gun.I might just borrow my friends DeWa_t battery grease gun or try Snap_n and see if there is a difference.

Not very good, will be returning this asap
The gun itself looks nice, pretty decent materials, all metal, but everything leaked on it when I tried using it. Had to try and tighten the grease hose fittings and actual grease head. Got those fixed pretty decently. Biggest thing is that it was very hard to get the air bled out, which is not unusual, but this is worse than usual. Did everything the directions on the gun stated to do plus more, finally got the first tube to start pumping. Greased my zero turn mower and the new deck spindles which took a lot. Went through that tibe and put the second tube in. I could not get it to pump more than 2 squirts of grease and then never would start up again.I used air tool oil before use, everything that is required. It was sucking air somewhere, spring that pushes grease up towards the top is probably weak, I removed the air bleed on the gun completey and no grease would even come out like it would on every other mechanical gun I had did. I removed the tube of grease and put the gun back in the box to be returned. Amazon is good about returns so should have no problems with that. I will be going to Walmart and buy a regular non pneumatic grease gun. I dont have the large amount of money to buy the brand name pnuematic or electric versions.

Why did we wait so long!
We should have bought these years ago. They work great! We use them on our skid steer and they are such an improvement!

Air hose connection problem
This looks like a pretty nice grease gun, I build cars for a hobby. When I got this grease gun it needs to have an air hose swivel that goes into the handle and on the other end of the swivel you put the hose adapter that you need be at industrial automotive or construction, whatever type you have the position of a handle Ames down towards the cartridge holder and it’s very stiff and I want to be able to rotate the grease gun around ergonomicallyThe huge problem in my head I’m going to send it back and ask for another one if it’s the same problem I’m going to send it back and buy another brand, I would rather buy something made in the USA because normally they’re made much higher quality but they do cost a little bit more when I received it that air hose adapter that screws into the handle it came like that and I could not budge that fitting out and I was really torquing on it and I didn’t wanna break the handle, they do not use Teflon tape they just jammed it in there extremely hard and that’s why things break

Not as good as Lock-n-Lube.
Some grease fittings are hard to get this attached to. Not as good as the Lock-n-Lube that I have on another grease gun.

Works great with low-profile Zerks!
This tool works great once you get it primed. I had to scoop a little grease out of tube and shove it down the suction hole in the head when I initially tried to use it. But after that it has been working great. The stiff, straight metal pipe works great with the conical tip. The conical tip, I have been using for low-profile zerks, such as the type you would find on lower balls joints where there is no room for a standard zerk fitting. They look like little concave buttons. Also, I use it lube my chainsaw bars. I like the clamp-on fitting too. Won't come off the zerk until you press the lever. This frees up my other hand to hold the body of the gun while I pump with the other hand. Although I did install the hose and clamp on an older gun that I have. This enables me to have two guns ready at the same time. A real time saver! I whole-heartedly recommend this gun!
