Classic Coca-Cola Glass in Georgia Green 17.2oz/510ml Coke Glass

Made well. Nostalgic. Love the old time feel in my hand. Large enough, (ounces) to satisfy. Good price and cherished in my dish cabinet.

This is described by the seller/manufacturer as "heavy" glass. No. It's not like a wine glass or champagne flute, but it would have been the thinnest glassware in my cupboard had I kept it. I have some Luminarc glasses that hold only an ounce or two more than this and they are are 60% heavier (I weighed them.) Also, 16 ounces fills this Coca Cola just about to the rim -- forget about 17.2 ounces advertised. Looks pretty, but that's the only good thing I can say for it. Waste of money. Look for the genuine article at a thrift shop or estate sale.

The glass is thick, strong, and perfectly shaped and colored. Exactly what I'd hoped for! As for those who say it won't hold 17 ounces, they may be correct as a 16.9-ounce bottle of Coca-Cola filled my glass to the brim. As for me, I simply love my new nostalgic glass of Coca-Cola with ice and a dash of my favorite Cherry flavoring and eco-friendly straw ~ just like my father used to buy me at the soda-fountain when I was a kid!
