I absolutely loved this mirror, it is gorgeous. My daughter picked it out for her new “older” bedroom and it was going to be a Christmas present, however even with all of the sturdy packaging it still arrived shattered. I was hoping to just exchange it for another one and it be a late Christmas present but the only option was a refund. Even though the price has increased $10 since when I first ordered it, I am still probably going to try my luck and hope the second one is not broken or damaged this time.

Great price point for a large floor mirror

I purchased this item for a gift at Christmas time however it arrived late so I did not give it I had replaced it with another gift. Recently I sold the item on a app to another buyer I had not open the box because I wanted it to look new when I sold it to the other buyer. When the other buyer opened up The box this mirror was the most beautiful thing I have ever seen. The pictures on the app does not do it justice. Had I known this mirror was so beautiful I would've opened it and kept it for myself instead of selling it on another app if you're thinking about purchasing this it's a definite. The lady I sold it to was using it in her wedding backdrop I can only imagine how beautiful this would have been.

I wanted a full length mirror I could bring into whatever room in the house I needed it for. This mirror is nice in size but is heavier than I expected. I'm 5'3" and it is a little heavy/bulky for me to carry up and downstairs. I will probably be able to shuffle it between rooms though. The mirror itself also seems only ok. Compared to my closet mirror doors it feels skewed but I'm not sure if that is because this mirror is angled when the stand is out (whereas my closet doors are completely perpendicular to the floor). The biggest issue I have with the mirror is that the edges of the mirror are unfinished - jagged not smooth - and are not hidden by the mirror frame. For the price I guess this is the best I will get but if I had known these things before buying I might not have purchased it.

Mirror frame was broken. Looked like someone dropped it on it's side.Mirror is very heavy and challenging to deal with.They gave me a full refund, and thank god I didn't have to box it up and return it.For normal returns, buyer pays for shipping which would cost more than the mirror so make sure you want it.That said, mirror is beautiful if you have the room for it. It says on the listing you can hang this on the wall, but you cannot.

I absolutely love this mirror. I was so upset when it arrived broken. Customer service issued a refund right away.

Overall, the mirror is lovely and I love it. I was very with the packaging, sturdiness, delivery and setting up of my mirror. My only issue is that there’s a small defect on one side of it...a small crack. But I’m keeping it, it’s a classic and well designed.
