just received these and they are huge. I mistakenly took the advice of many reviewer’s who said they run so small you have to get at least one size bigger. I did that, and I look Like a little girl wearing my mommy‘s heels so they immediately went back in the bag to be returned. Buy your normal size. I will amend my review after I actually receive a pair that I can wear.

I can not believe what great customer service this shoe company has! i received an email fromthem asking how I like the shoe. I answered stating I loved the shoe but it was very tight, I was not planning to return the shoe. I planned to haveit stretched. I received a reply email saying theywould send a new pair, just mail the pair to a cityquite near me. I received the new pair before I could return the too small ones. I have worn the new pair, very comfortable and pretty!

though they run about 1/2 size smaller (I normally wear 10 but needed 10.5) these shoes were exactly what I have been looking for, for the past three years. I have sent back numerous shoes since sellers say that a 2 to a 2 and three quarter heel are considered kitten heel, ths seller includes additional caps for the heels, separate cushions for your heels and toe area. no good shoe store does that. Needless to say, I have navy, beige and black pairs and plan on seeing what other colors they have in my size.

I normally wear a size 7 1/2 - 8 depending on who is making the shoes... Italian, American, or Asian?? Anyway, I ordered the 9 based on reviewers - too big, falling off. Then the 8 because that is already at the top of my normal range - too small. Then the 8 1/2 PERFECT fit. When I found the right size I also ordered the green because I really do like the shoe. They smell chemically for about one night of being aired out and then we're all good. I'll be getting the navy blue as well. So if I would've ordered the 8 normally I needed 1/2 size up for the perfect fit. Hope this helps.

Happy with my purchase,the shoes is very beautiful and what i was looking for,it came faster than expected although was lost for couple of days but did found it and seller gave it to me for free because of that which i appreciated! i will definitely buy again in more colors,i normally wear a shoes size 10 and i ordered 10 1/2 and it fit good.

Measure your foot according the size chart for this shoe. I did that before selecting my shoe. Yes, I selected a size larger than I would have otherwise, because that's what the sizing chart said to order. Fits perfect!!!

I took the reviews into account and I am a 9 1/2 size foot so I went with the 10 and they fit nice but a little roomie for my narrow foot. I am very ok with that since I do not like shoes that are tight in anyway. I then received the GOLD pair I bought and they fit just right. I then realized that the SILVER pair was a return from another customer so they may have been stretched out a bit. I LOVE THEM BOTH.I will say they are pricey and even though I would like all the colors I would not do it because of the price.

Shocked at how gorgeous these shoes are - just bought 6 pair beginning 2018. Will protect with Scotchguard spray - only deep regret is I missed the Rose Suede in size 9. I plan to purchase all - fit like a glove without having to order smaller. More colors please!!!
