Easy, fast, dry
Get to your camping spot and it's raining? You are wet, but the inside of this tent is dry. You can attach the footprint and leave it attached for faster setup. More than enough room compared to other 1p tents. Almost enough for 2. A little long for most panniers. Fits under the seat on my Silver Wing scooter with room to spare. You always find stakes insufficient on other tents? The included stakes are great. The only thing that could be better is if they find a way to make it more compact when packed. When/If you get it ( or other Catoma tents) you will understand why you never seem them being sold as used. 60 second set up? Yeah, the first time. After that, you'll find that the 60 seconds will include the time taking it out of your bike and the bag. Folds down just as quick, but rolling it tight and putting in back in the bag needs an extra 60 seconds just so you get it tidy, not because it is difficult. The carry bag has plenty of room and good straps to tighten it up. Plenty of loops on the carry bag for tieing down if you need to.

Catoma lone rider tent
Heavy but worked as advertised on recent 5 day whitewater trip in Idaho. Rained hard several times and winds blowing but tent was up to speed, quick up and dry inside.

A great tent, fast and easy to mount specially during rainy and windy conditions... I tested it under medium rain and i was dry on the morning... It's an expensive tent but really great quality, excellent for motorcycle trips...

I got this for my husband for Christmas. Perfect size to strap onto his motorcycle. He used it on a quick trip to Bar Harbor Maine. Said it was easy to put up and store.

Catoma tents are Awesome.
I have this tent as well as an early prototype Catoma that I got off Ebay from a soldier returning from Afghanistan. All I can say is that I love the performance and ease of set-up with Catoma tents. We often camp out on the beach during duck season, and I have slept through many hard cold fronts with very high winds and my Catoma tents have never failed me. I have seen no less than three of my buddies tents fold during storms due to high winds....while I was dry and comfortable. Also, the speedome system allows set-up/take down in literally less than a minute. It takes longer to stake the tent, than to set it up. Just can't say enough good things about Catoma tents in general. Durability is great as well...my first tent had been to Afghanistan and back + three seasons on the beach and has held up perfectly with no ripped seams, no damaged zippers and no leaks.
