100 stars !!!
I love this spice blend, I bought it from whole foods, last year because it was on sale. It is hand down the best spice blend for tacos and Fajitas. Please never stop making this and make it avaiable in bulk or to refill bottles in the spice rack.

Excellent Spice!
This spice is excellent for fajitas and any kind of Mexican dish you can think of. I use it on cucumbers and salads and most other dishes like soup and potatoes. What an awesome addition to my spice cabinet. Will be buying more soon.

Really good achiote flavor.
When I was young warthog traveling through Mexico, I used to eat this thin-sliced red chicken that had such a unique flavor—earthy, tangy, kind of smoky. I’ve been chasing that taste ever since and haven’t found it. Maybe it was the tequila. But this seasoning isn’t a perfect match, but it’s the closest I’ve found so far, and it’s really good. It has that deep red color and a lot of the same flavor notes I remember—probably from the achiote. If you’re looking to take it up a notch, I’d recommend squeezing an orange over the chicken after using the dry rub and letting it marinate for a bit. That little bit of citrus brings it even closer to what I remember. Well worth trying if you’re after that classic roadside grilled chicken flavor.

Great salt-free spice!
I'm trying to go reduce my salt intake, and this salt-free spice has been saving my food from blandness until my taste buds adjust! I don't use it to make Mexican dishes, I just use it on anything that I think would benefit from a little kick of heat, in lieu of salt. I used to be an enthusiastic home chef with an extensive spice collection. But I've found that no longer makes sense when you're only cooking for one or two people. You can't use up much of the spices before they lose their potency if you're not cooking for a lot of people. Good spices are expensive, so it's not worth it. Instead, I now have pared my collection down to a few seasoning mixtures, and this is now one of them. If a recipe calls for something spicy like cayenne pepper or a Creole seasoning mix I'll just sub in a little of this. This substitution wouldn't work for every recipe, but it works for many.
