These were really good, even though a bit too spicy for my stomach [I've had invasive stomach surgery, so I have to be really careful]. They were, again, very tasty, but I avoided ordering them a second time because of the level of spice. I did like the flavorings of the chili lime variety, and the hickory bbq peach, and the regular smoked shorties. May try other flavors as well. This brand is high quality all around.

Actually tastes almost exactly like the andouille sausages u get at the store which i was honestly not expecting. I dont hate it but this isnt what im personally looking for in a meat stick so i probably wont buy it again for myself but i know a few friends who love these! (I dont like paprika)

I normally love the Dukes sausages, but this flavor was not it for me. I gave it 3 stars because I feel like for some it probably is 5 stars. Had good texture and was not dry. Smell was ok to me, quality of the meat was there, but if you aren’t a big fan of cajun sausage I wouldn’t try it.

Disappointing. No flavor, no spice, texture isn't great. Not dry but not good. Duke's is consistently the worst jerky/sausage I have tried. Can't recommend it.

10 cans of peas and carrots, 8 cans of corn, along with these sausages is what I lived on for 23 days in an unplanned disaster zone search and rescue operation, where there was little food available due to contamination. Great source of energy and protein when your situation is less than ideal, and you need sustenance.
