funcionan buenos resultados yo toma 2 veces al día y he tomado hasta 2 capsulas 2 veces al día y no etenido ningún efecto secundario yo tomo 2 capsulas 2 veces al día solo cuando me sientro sin ánimo o por alguna razón este molesto y enojado y de manera rápida mejora mi estado de ánimo. pero tambien hago pausas o descansos de 2 a 4 semanas de la l-tyrosina.

I highly recommend these. I took them for a year and when I was almost out I stopped taking them because I didn't have access to buy more. Yesterday I took one and was in a fabulous mood all day. It didn't hit me until this morning after feeling very ho-hum, that the reason that I was in such a great mood in every way all day yesterday was this brand of L-Tyrosine !!! What a game changer.

Bought this because I like this brand and they had the bulk option but got this bottle and the bottle is cloudy and there's something on one of the pills? Hoping it's not mold? But I can't return/replace it which is pretty bogus considering I got a defective product so there's that.

Can't review efficacy yet, but something that Irritated me was that these are 450mg each-not 500 as implicated in my photo from the description. Also the information states 365 days of product. There are 365 capsules, but daily dosage is 2 capsules. Soo that math doesn't work. Will update on effectiveness.
