Not bad at all
We had someone over for dinner who was gluten intolerant and we purchased this mainly for her to use on her pizza... we all ended up trying it and wow... you cant tell the difference really. good tasting, easy to make.

Amazing flavour!
I rolled my dough out really thin and liked it that way- was very crispy. The flavour is AMAZING. This is definitely one of my favourite gluten free pizza crust mixes

Good gluten free crust -- and dairy free too!
I bought this for my daughter who needs to completely avoid dairy. I have to avoid gluten so it seemed like the perfect product for both of us. I can see that the reviews were negative, but we actually both really liked it. I did have to add a bit more water and I put some olive oil on my hands after the dough was formed into balls to cover it in thin layer of oil before pressing it onto the baking pan. This worked well. After the pizza was done, I did slide it off of the baking pan and let it bake right on the rack for a few minutes to crisp up the bottom. I think this also helped. We really like it and plan to keep using this!

If you are hungry enough . . .
First time to try the gluten free crust mix and I'm so hungry. Stirred the ingredients together and they laid there, all over the bottom of the bowl. Added a little water, tried to gather the dough together. No luck. Read the ingredients and website reviews. Tap my experience with GF baking: GF flours and starches are very slow to absorb moisture. Stir in another tablespoon of water. Put my hands in 'baggies', grab a handful of dough and squeeze. Some success. Continue adding to the bag and squeezing until I have two baggies of about equal size, each squeezed into a fairly smooth ball. Fold the baggies tightly around dough to keep it moist, drop them back into the mixing bowl and let them rest. Later, pat each ball out on greased baking sheet, bake as directed. When adding toppings, spread sauce thinly all the way to the edge because bare edge gets hard in baking. Easily lifted from baking sheet. There is no yeast in the crust and not enough baking powder for it to rise. Flavor is like a flat, dense biscuit. Mouth feel is dry, chewy. I ate it, but won’t buy again.

The baking instructions might just be wrong
When I made the pizza dough following the instructions, adding the vinegar, oil and water, the dough stayed very dry. I had to add extra water and oil. Once I could make two proper balls it was still quite hard to flatten the dough. And after 15 minutes in the oven the crust didn't look too good and after putting on the topping and another 15 minutes in the oven, the pizza crust was as hard as a stone. The baking instructions are wrong, I think. Maybe being a gluten free product the dough is different. It's a pity, because it looked like a great product.

My search continues...
I've been searching for the perfect GF pizza crust for awhile. This isn't it. Not bad, but not good enough for me to get again. My search continues.

Wish I read reviews first
The directions on the box simply can’t be right. I read the reviews after the fact, looking for tips or something, and find a lot of people struggled with the dryness of the product. The dough, if directions are followed, is very dry and crumbly. I thought extra water and oil would help but really didn’t. Something ain’t right here
