Updated review: Though the 120mm provided a lot more speed, we noticed the stitches were not consistent so we replaced it with the 95mm pulley and that works better overall. It's faster than the 75mm and we get consistent performance from the Juki. Sometimes you need to find out through trial and error. Good thing is that these are not expensive. The 95mm shipped was used, but nothing that detracts from working properly and not worth deducting a star. Original review: Install was straightforward. Replaced a 75mm pulley with this 120mm pulley. Works exactly like expected. It's a whole lot faster. Maybe too fast for most, but the Juki DDL-8700 is built for speed. Outstanding!

I'm new to industrial sewing machines so when I bought mine I already knew I needed a servo motor to slow things down. I researched online a bit before making my purchase of a 750W Consew servo motor. Several sewing forums suggested, that to really slow things down, I won't be happy until I also purchase a speed reducer at around $130, (like I'm rolling in the dough after an industrial sewing machine, and a servo motor purchase). I came across a couple of you tube videos that suggested a 45 mm pulley to replace the 75 mm pulley that comes on the servo motor. I opted for this $8 pulley. I've never done a pulley replacement before, but a you tube video and an allen wrench made it do able. Took me less than 5 minutes. I can get my machine to a stitch at a time now. Everything fit perfect, even tho I wasn't even sure what size the spindle on the servo motor was. I am very happy with this purchase.

Does the job and gives my machine that extra bit of slowness and control I was looking for. It was kinda banged up when I got it but it doesn’t affect the function. Shipped faster than they originally stated as well. Just needed to buy a shorter belt, 2” shorter than the one I used with the pulley that came with my machine (75mm)

Pulley looks good just the wrong size for my motor. That is clearly my fault and nothing to do with the item.

Pulley wood not fit the shaft ! Upon measuring I found that the bore was tapered and the key way was only cut a third of its needed depth! If you don’t have a machine shop u can’t use this junk!

Worked well for what I needed it for.

Just purchased this pulley to slow down my Consew 1206 with the Consew servo. This fit perfectly and did the job. Note: The Consew 550 watt servo has a 15mm shaft as others probably do. A 5/8 bore pulley will not fit correctly. This one is a 15mm bore and takes about 2 minutes to slow these race horses down. I added a 1.25 in space between the motor and table to get the belt tension correct.

I put this on my Consew 206rb5 and it slowed it down nicely. Makes tight work a ton easier. Matches right up. If you’re doing the same you will need a bit longer belt.
