FlintFit Stroke Recovery Exercises: Therapy Videos for Hands, Arms, Core, and Legs

The different levels work great for the different abilities and progress.

I suffered a stroke 20 years ago. I made a respectable recovery and Have been productive member of the society. I have never stooped improving. However, this is a great motivator. I just loaded and spent 20 minutes with Disc 1 (Arm exercises).The therapist Barbara's voice is gentle, it quickly became clear that the exercises will help me reach my goal of restoring my body to it s "near-original" state. I also purchased, but never used Fit Mi by the same company (Flint Rehab" This DVD set has motivated me to use the Fir Mi immediately.

My husband has aphasia due to a stroke 3 years ago. He has right side weakness and not able to speak. He has attended physical therapy for the last year on and off with transportation being an issue. These videos were a God's send! My husband loves them. They are very easy to understand. The trainers on the video incorporate items found around the house in the exercises so no need to buy expensive exercise props. The exercises themselves hit the mark. I highly recommend these videos.

It is early yet but so far I see a lot of positive with this MiFit. My son who is paralyzed on his left side has been enjoying the exercises and he has progressed. Will be able to tell more in a month. His left hand that is paralyzed has a hard time holding the puck but we hope after time it will get better.

The DVD is great for patients who have recently had a stroke, however my husband had two strokes two years ago. He has made a lot of progress however I am looking for a DVD that includes more balance and leg work for people who need more advanced work Even though the DVD is not exactly what I am looking for my husband still enjoys it.
