Update: customer service is phenomenal. I received a refund and the seller said they will consider making improvements based on my complaint.This thing is not padded. I don't like the baby strap, my one year old gets out of it easily. I also wish there was Velcro or a zipper for the cell phone pouch because my son just grabs the phone out of it.

I’ve owned this for a few months. There’s pros and cons. I happen to really like it but didn’t at first..that’s because my son was just learning to sit. It’s not for someone who sits with assistance. There is no padding and the belt that hold them in isnt supportive enough. However now that my son can sit really well it’s great! I like that it’s not all padded and bulky because it is so easy to use!! I have my son in my arm and can un snap it and roll it up with one hand. I’ve washed it more then once with no issues. I happen to be a Costco shopper and it doesn’t fit the cart. But to does fit one side of it which works great for me right now. It doesn’t fit Target...& there’s no way to make it to. It slips down the back so bring a small blanket to cover that if you’re worried. Every other cart it fits well. I do agree with the PP comment ...I wish the clear pocket had a Velcro piece because your child will just pull your phone out. It has spots for drinks and a strap for toys so they don’t hit the floor if tossed out. I would recommend unless you only go to target

**** edit**** The owner of the company saw my review and reached out to see how the could make it right. They sent me a brand new cover AND refunded the cost of the original. The replacement came in quickly and I am very happy with it. New pictures added. The seller explained that they were improving the product to prevent what happened to our first one****I absolutely loved this cover until I ran it through the washing machine. One of the long seams on the back just gave up. Another small seam also came undone. Im just so disappointed because it was so cute and so soft.

High chair would be 5 stars!Works great snaps over nose side handles to stay put.Shopping cart is why I’m giving 3 stars, Walmart target and Stater Bro’s large carts are tough. The side snaps are helpful and the toy hooks/phone pouch are great, but the back of the cover is extremely short, if I pull it tall enough to cover entire back of baby seat, the legs won’t line up with the holes, Vice Versa. The other complaint would be that it won’t stay over the handle of Target cart, and as soon as I let go the handle is exposed.Really not a huge deal because the cart can easily be sanitized or you can adjust it while you’re shopping... works good enough though, just would not buy again.

Bought to use on Costco cart. Does not cover entire seat and the strap to tie kid down ends up on the seat, not the back as shown in advertised photo. Advertised photo shows a ton of fabric to cover all of the cart seat comfortably, not the case! Fixed point is the Velcro that holds cover in place between the legs. This throws off the locations of the rest of the cover, ties, snaps, fabric on back, etc. Would suggest adding another clip to the seatbelt for ease of installing on cart and buckling kid down without having to first feed through cart holes.

Does not fit Target cart as described. I had to re-adjust the back the whole time as it kept slipping down because it was too small. My daughter was able to touch the cart seat with her hands which is the reason I got a cart seat cover, so she wouldn’t be able to touch anything and then put her hands on her mouth. Not impressed.

Love this! It very quickly and easily stores inside of itself like a bag. It has places to attach toys and such as well as a clear sleeve for a phone or something (although I don’t do screen time with my baby, it’s still handy to stick my phone into). I take it to the grocery store, restaurants, wherever- and don’t have to worry about my daughter sitting on something potentially dirty, cold, or uncomfortable. She loves it and looks cozy and cute inside!
