Really RELAXING Colouring Book 1: Playing with Patterns (Really RELAXING Colouring Books) Paperback – March 18, 2015

Love the adult coloring books. It was recommended by my doctor to use the coloring coloring books as therapeutic to help reduce stress and anxiety. I color in this book every night before bed. The patterns are relaxing and I sleep much better at night. Love that I can do something I enjoy without putting alot of thought into what I am doing. I am sure that is why I find it so relaxing. Will definitely be ordering more and giving then as gifts.

This book is made with a paper that has a nice tooth and the colors show up well. I loved all of the patterns in this book, I think I may have colored this cover to cover because I liked all of the pages. I ordered more books from this company because I liked it so much!

I love these adult coloring books. The only problem I have is trying to figure out what colors I want to use.I also ordered gel pens, they work well with these books.

I enjoy this series and this book is typical of the series. There are more pictures I like than those I don't. My complaints are that the book is bound so that it cannot be laid flat and the pages are not perforated. A book should either have a sewn or spiral binding so I can lay it out flat or have pages I can remove to work on. I also find some of the patterns are repeated in other books in the series.

Excellent for m calming stress and anxiety. The mainly repeptitige patterns aren't complicated and you needn't worry about making the "wrong" colour choice. I can get caught up in these for hours! The only thing I'd like to see improved is paper thickness. I'd prefer not having to worry about color bleeding through the page.

While I like the designs in these books, I wish they could be more left handed friendly. Now as a 65 year old I have spent my life adapting to a right handed world because I have no other choice. In this case it would be so easy to make these books left handed friendly by having them bound at the top or making the pages perforated so they could be removed and a left handed person doesn't have to try to color over the bulk of the pages or try to remove each page without damaging the part to be colored. In the future I will be buying the coloring book with perforated pages as in the Design Originals. It is after suppoaed to be relaxing to everyone not just right handed people is it not?

Love this coloring book! Such a great variety of designs, and a great way to relax! I would recommend for any adult.

I'm really enjoying coloring. I color before I fall asleep. I use pencils and markers. I post them on Facebook and everyone loves them. I'm a cake decorator and I'm hoping one day I can put one of these beautiful colored pictures on a cake.
