I tried primrose oil supplements before due to adult hormonal acne I was getting. I had read taking primrose oil helps with this issue and had already been using a multitude of topical products for this issue with inconsistent success. My face became completely clear after using these in combination with tea tree oil and other products geared towards acne. After I finished my bottle, I decided to take a break and stopped taking these for a while. I found myself purchasing primrose oil again when I started to break out again without taking these. They're easy to swallow without any negative taste and I love the fact that you only need to take one pill per day. I'm not sure how or why these help keep my acne at bay, but they seem to do the trick. I don't notice or track any other benefits, but it seems this can have multiple good effects beyond one's skin. Considering I've spent more on skincare products, I think this a good value.

I went to my doctor because I was experiencing breast pain and my right breast had visibly changed shape. He wrote me a prescription for Naproxen and suggested I take evening primrise oil and apply a warm compress because it sounded like Mastitis...a hormone issue. He also ordered a mammogram. I did feel some pain relief after taking the primrose, but luckily I followed through with the mammogram because it wasn't Mastitis. I have breast cancer. I don't take the Naproxen, but I still do take the primrose oil capsules. I read they do help with nerve pain. I'm going to keep taking it until my oncologist and surgeon tell me I can't. I'm going to have a mastectomy in the next few weeks. Ladies...listen to your bodies. Get your mammograms annually.
