Even if you don't suspect that your cat fleas, this is still a great comb to use to keep your cat's fur looking good and feeling soft and silky. Gets the fleas. There is a certain finality when you comb the fleas out of your dogs coat, rather than topical pesticides that don't seem to completely eradicate fleas from your pet. I use these combs as part of a comprehensive attack on my pets fleas. Nothing alone seems to work, but together with flea spray, flea baths, whole home flea spray, and combing the last of the little critters from the dogs coat, I have put my flea problem to rest. These combs are well made for the price, comfortable to use, and effective. Also nice is that there are enough combs for the family to each have their own. My dogs are getting used to being combed and seem to enjoy it once they did. I also used an internal pesticide bought on Amazon which did not completely work. Also combs out the coat for grooming.

Good buy at $4.99. All good quality, nicely made. I use the long tine and long handle ones the most. I'm constantly losing individual plastic flea combs (at $2.99 each) and this was a good solution. Works well on my cat and dog.

It's the perfect size. It glides through my dogs hair but captures the fleas. Keeping the fleas on long enough to kill them, well, I'm still working on that, but I am winning most battles. I'd gotten a different brand before this one and the combs teeth were so close together it didn't make it through my dogs hair, so they were worthless. I use it everyday because we have a mostly feral cat that brings fleas in daily. The flea comb keeps them under control. My whole family is happier, especially the dogs. I'm actually getting a second set, I know the combs will eventually start to bend and fall out and I want another set that works.

My dog thanks the people who made these! She's never been one to get fleas, but this year has been a bad one for bugs! I make a repellent, but it wears off over time. These combs work great for pulling fleas and dirt. The different lengths are nice to have also. They're easy to use and have rounded edges so they don't dig into the skin, making the experience more pleasurable for my dog. There's combs for all hair types. I'm sure they'll help when she starts shedding in the spring.

The combs are sturdy and well made and there’s one for long hair , short hair 2 of each . I’d recommend this product I was looking for fleas and flea dirt on my puppy and it worked perfectly. This product will last a long time .

Partner wanted a flea check and I didn’t want to pay the premium of a physical at the vet. The plastic double comb was really what we needed, but the other tools should be ok for future use.

The set contains multiple combs, however, the tooth design is pretty much the same for nearly all. The characteristics are basically in the handle lengths and comb shapes. I would recommend but, only after thorough consideration of what will yield the best results in the best for your fur babies needs. The pricepoint is good, perhapd it may be useful for younger puppies with shorter fine hair. Rgrettably, our experience using this product was unsuccessful. So the combs presently sit in a bin awaiting donation in hopes they might be useful to someone else, regrettably their not for our little Morkie.
