You need this in your life! I run a professional dance company. We travel a lot and are hard on steamers. I've been using this one for a couple of weeks and it's been wonderful. Light weight, easy to use and very effective. You can use tap water, but to prolong the life of your steamer, I suggest using distilled water when possible.

This little guy has been a surprisingly helpful tool! I bought it to steam my sister's wedding dress and all of our fancy wedding clothes at her destination wedding, and it worked as expected. A little sputtering when I over filled the tank or tipped it, but that was user error. The surprising use for this is to remove wallpaper while we are stuck at home! Yes, it's small and not meant for this, but it works awesome! Great little steamer!

This product is amazing! It is SO easy to use, you literally cannot mess up putting it together and adding the water! (though I'm an idiot and tried to lay my clothes flat to use this instead of doing it while they are hanging...hence spilling water on the pants...derp!). Anywho...you can't be the heating time of 2 mins! I definitely second the other reviews saying that this is small but powerful. The attached photos are for a size reference and examples of a few clothes from my closet AFTER I used this product (filled with water once for each piece).The directions on this state the run time is 10 minutes - for me this was one piece of clothing. I was able to finish one pair of pants which were pretty wrinkled (blue pants), refilled the water to do the other pair (the black jumpsuit) only had some wrinkles. For very wrinkled items I would say you would need to fill up twice or more which would get annoying. I will say that getting this but in regular size (if they have it!) would probably be more ideal for everyday use. However, where I bought this specifically for traveling and wanted something very small but effective, this is perfect! I'm planning to take another backpack for my clothes and either carryon or check it, and I will be taking clothes out of this as I go and ironing the night before. I'm super pleased with this and think it will be a life saver for my trip! It's a great value for the quality and I'm so glad I ordered! Can't wait to take this with me to Europe!! (and future trips!)

I love this steamer! I can fill it, heat it and have a whole suit wrinkle free before I could even find and open a hotel ironing board. It works amazingly well and keeps me looking polished and professional, even when I’m living out of a suitcase. I love it so much I use it at home instead of my big steamer because it will heat up in less than a minute and my big one takes 15. It’s a must have for everyone!

Lasted almost a year now leaks out of bottom and is useless

Heats up within reasonable time for a small steamer. Perfect for traveling...wife doesn't have to use hotel duty irons anymore. You do have to refill it if you have a large dress or something really wrinkled. If you have larges shirts or dresses it may not be for you. It is for travel and the steam glove keeps you from burning your hand.

I use this product at home everyday! I leave it on my bathroom sink. Each morning, before I get dressed, I steam my clothes in the bathroom with this little tool. It has made my life so much easier. It's not just for traveling. Better than an iron or a giant, bulky steamer. The best little product I never knew I needed but now can't function without. Love it! Buy it!

I've bought a few clothes steamers over the years and have always been disappointed. They don't get the wrinkles out and I usually get a big wet spot. I was pleasantly surprised by this steamer. I tried it on a pair of capris & a blouse that have been sitting in my ironing basket for several months. This little steamer did a good job. I won't say as good as if I'd actually ironed them but I'm not embarrassed to wear the clothes when I go out. I plan to buy a second one for our winter home.
