I sub any oil out with this as it’s really healthy for you.. I just advise turning heat down when cooking brownies cookies cake ect. To a avoid smoking but this oil makes everything better for you then traditional oils and way more moist and tasty.

Great priced product

I was going to rank this a steady 3 stars, as I didn't experience anything with this GreenIVe MCT Oil, good or bad. It is tasteless and odorless, and can easily go into your coffee or other liquids/smoothies/whathaveyou. It blends well, and didn't give me any digestive upsets of any kind. I simply didn't experience any kind of boost in energy or other health benefit one way or another after using it for a few weeks...but that's just me. My husband, on the other hand, loves this stuff. He claims he can feel a difference, and that it energizes him. Go figure? He also likes mixing this right in to a cup of coffee first thing in the morning, and he says he also feels appetite suppressing qualities with it - another item I did not experience at all. Overall, it appears to be of decent quality, and it's just one of those things where YMMV from one person to the next. I would have given it 3 stars, and he says he would give it 5...so I guess 4 stars is fair between the two of us. You never know if something is going to work or not without trying it out for yourself, and what may work for one may not work for all (and vice versa).

The price is great but the taste is horrible. Personally I prefer the more expensive coconut based MCT Oil.

Unfortunately, I can't really say if this stuff works or not. I'll have an energy drink in the morning, and I'll usually take 1 teaspoon of this MCT oil with it. I don't really notice any huge difference when I add this to my morning routine. There has only been one occasion where I felt that I was positively buzzing with energy in my head. It wasn't really an energy in my body, if that makes any sense. For instance, some people will drink a ton of coffee, and feel that energy in their body. This energy felt like it was all in my head. Nothing bad by any means. Just different for me. That morning I had taken a full tablespoon, vs my normal teaspoon. One thing I can say is that it has caused no abdominal discomfort or distressed restroom visits. All has been normal after consumption. The taste is very bland too. It has a VERY VERY mild taste. So mild in fact, that I can't even describe it. I don't do anything fancy with this. Just pour it into a teaspoon, and take it like a medication. People with sensitive tastes can handle this with EASE. I wish there was an easier way to pour it. When I try to pour it into a measuring device, I get a ton that runs down the sides. For a pricier product, this shouldn't occur. It leads me to licking the sides, because I don't want ANY to go to waste. Perhaps a flip open top, much like shampoo bottles have. This would allow a person to turn it upside down, and easily pour it into what they want. I think this is my one and only complaint with this product. After I eat some of this, I always notice how soft my lips feel. They feel really smooth. It only lasts for about 10 minutes, but I imagine if you were to use this regularly on your lips, they would never chap. I wish I could add more input, but I really can't. It's super hard to be subjective with this kind of stuff. I'll increase my intake to 1 tablespoon each morning until it's empty, to try and get that buzzing energy again. If you see no updates to this review, then it can be assumed that no real change has occurred and that day of buzzing energy was a fluke.

Being on a modified keto diet means for me bulletproof coffee every morning. We start our day with a heavy dose of fat to get the machine running. So far I prefer this to the coconut oil I was using because the tase is smoother. Just be warned that heavy doses of oil for someone who isn’t adjusted for it will result in a negative gastrointestinal reaction. You have to ease yourself into a high fat diet or high fat additive like this. Once your body adjusts, it’s smooth sailing. I haven’t used it as a beauty product, yet, but had to come here and tell everyone how great it is in my coffee! I like how little I have to use for the same benefit! A final bonus is that it is organically grown! Awesome!

I purchased and returned twice just to try to get a bottle that wasn’t tampered with, each time seal was broken and when I weighed it, it was less than it should be. It’s currently unavailable, hopefully they are remedying this problem. I went with a different brand.

MCT Oil is the new rage, so I thought I would try this brand because I tried others and they always had an unpleasant taste to me... This one, I must say is completely clear and tasteless. It doesn't smell badly, and although the packaging isn't what I would describe as confidence inspiring, it was readable and simple. I put MCT in my coffee... THIS must be MUCH stronger MCT than all of the others I have tried because I took the same amount and was very ill for 24 hours... It is not odd to have some gastric distress with MCT, especially in the beginning. I took this MCT as directed and within 30 minutes my digestive system was hating my choice. Truthfully, I don't know if this MCT is simply that much more powerful, or that there was something in it that made me sick... but I do know this.... THIS one did.
