This is, without a doubt, the best kitchen purchase I have ever made. I use this nearly every day because it's the perfect and most convenient size and I've got rid of many of my cheaper, worn our pans since they're no longer needed. And when I'm not using it it sits on my hob gleaming like a jewel. All the craftsmanship and quality I expect; do make sure to follow their care instructions and remember that with a gas hob you need to cook things low and slow to avoid burning and sticking.

The durability and iconic brand are evident the minute you open this item. Le Creseut is a brand handed down generationally in our family and I purchase this for one of my daughters. It takes pride of place in her modern kitchen; a true mix of old verses new. The versatility from hob to oven needs no explanation.

If you're serious about 'one-pot' cooking, this beautifully made pan is something you cannot be without. An enormous heating diameter which allows even cooking throughout. It washes perfectly and as an additional plus is ideal for table serving as it looks so impressive. A small word of caution, use silicone utensils over metal alternatives if you have them to hand.

Sensacional. Apanhei no primeiro cozimento, pois ela aquece muito. Tem q usar fogo baixíssimo de deixar aquecer lentamente até atingir uma boa temperatura de preparo. Mas nunca coloque fogo alto. Irá derreter os alimentos. Paguei um preço q nunca mais encontrei -1.900.00

Wat doe ik fout? Warm de pan langzaam op, dan pas boter erin en bakken op laag of middelmatig vuur. Alles is elke keer aan de pan gebrand.
