Beverage dispenser looks great. Nice size,looks well made. Thick glass, looks clear, pretty hardware. Beautiful bamboo lid and stand. I like the heart detail of the stand and simple setup of the stand. I also like the rubber lid seal and the venting port in the lid. I also like that it can be used for hot and cold beverages. I gave 4 stars because I didn't like that there are no assembly instructions. Its hard to know the assembly order for the spigot pieces and exactly how to use the rubber pad for the glass bottom. The heart cut outs in the stand were perfectly shaped but the cut wasn't smooth, could easily get a finger splinter. I had to put gloves on the remove the prickly bamboo pieces from each heart cut out. It was a nice touch that an information card about the product was included, however instructions for assembly and use is much needed. I haven't used them yet ,I purchased 2, but I am looking forward to it. It is a very pretty piece that will go perfectly with my other bamboo serveware. I hope it will function just as nicely as it is beautiful. I would really appreciate it if I could receive instructions before I use it.Klassy K

if you are looking for a quality drink dispenser, I would recommend checking this out. I really like the thickness and quality of the glass. The hardware is high quality. I saw a review about the handle hardware, I think that person my not have taken off the protective film that has been applied to all the metal to protect it during shipping. My only wish is that they had a version without the heart cut-outs, i think it would go with more modern decor. but that's a small price to pay for. love it.

The product is nice, but there were no directions, whatsoever, on how to assemble the spigot, or no instructions to explain the little dial on the top of the lid.I sent an e-mail to the company, but I didn't receive a reply!!

I really like this nice herb tea pot that I can pour hot water in. But the handle on the lid arrived unstuck.

I received this a few days ago and I was very exited to start using, but after washing it and putting everything together, after poorign water on it, water is coming out through the spigot, it doesn't close correctly so water is leaking, so no use at all this way, Hope vendor sees this review soon and ships me a new spigot, because the rest is beautiful.Update March 30th 2020the seller reply to me after I wrote my initial review and agreed to send me a new spigot. The spigot took like 3 or 4 weeks to arrive, since it was made in China. I have been using it for about a month and a half now and It works find, no leaks at all, great product, looks beautiful specially when it is full. it handles without out problem a 2.5 Gallon bottle of water. It is a little tall though, so you have to take in consideration where are you going to place it in your house so it is easy for you to refill it.I am upgrading my rating to 4 just because I have the issue at the beginning and ther was not too much communication on behalf of the seller at the beginning to inform me when the spigot was send and a tracking number, but the product works great now.

We are using the dispenser for energized water. The glass, bamboo lid and stainless steel spigot all look to be of good quality. A rubber bladder that goes on the outside bottom of the dispenser wasn't advertised but was included in the shipment. It stabilizes the dispenser when in its wooden stand. There were no instructions for installing the spigot included in the shipment, however, we copied the directions shown in the online advertisement. The dispenser is as advertised, and we are pleased with it.

Like this Barrel Glass Drink Dispenser Mason Jar, because of its material, it's more healthy than the plastic one. What's more, the stand is very cute with the hearts. Great for a party! I also used it for my lemonade and ice tea. Very good buy!

Looks just like in the pic. It comes with a stretchy non-skid silicone piece to put on the bottom of the dispenser. Parts are beautiful. The only thing was that a piece of the wooden stand broke when I dropped it.
