This product is excellent. Easy to get into, just put your head and arm in and fasten the side buckle. Two straps hold the camera on each side and with the base attachment to the tripod mount on the camera, the camera slides into the harness and locks. This leaves 2 hands free for anything else. To release the camera just twist it slightly to the side and it pops out. Most harnesses I have tried tend to bang the camera against you when you walk which is uncomfortable, this one is fit and forget.

As a bird photographer I carry a pretty hefty long zoom lens blus camera body at a combined weight of just under 3kgs. The harness allows the weight to be distributed around your shoulders and allows for far less strain. My only criticism hence four stars, is my feeling regarding the strength of the shoe that carries the camera and lens. My fear is that after some prolonged use, it could snap. Having said that, the harness does certainly make the burden of the bird photographer quite a lot easier.

Holds camera well with good locking set up.

This is obviously a copy of the Cotton Carrier G3 but at a quarter of the price. I have tried it a few times while hiking and it carries camera and zoom lens no problem, while hiking you need both hands free and it does the job, the camera, so far, has been secure plus there is a security strap, just in case the camera falls.If I was a professional I would go for the Cotton Carrier but as an amateur I am happy with the Nicama and so is my wallet.

I love the harness as it make carrying my camera & 150 - 600mm lens much easier & more comfortable. However it's not robust enough for that kit. Purchased on14th May & broke on 24th June. Only used 10 times. A disappointment as otherwise a great idea.

I have just bought this product and it suits me perfectly. I have not got very good movement in my arms but this just slips on and add the camera which is safe with the two straps, I can walk the dog and use the camera all at the same time.What’s the added bonus is, it’s not a silly price. How long it will last and how it will wear only time will tell.

The metal ring that attaches to the camera needs a cover around it to prevent it from scratching the sides of the camera. Other than that it is a good product.
