Excellent for CiCO with slight caveat
Let me start by saying this - for how calorically cheap this product is, they could get away with a much worse taste, texture, and digestion. With all that considered, these are absolutely excellent. Are they a little bland? Sure.Is the texture weird? Only if you don't rinse and heat! Give them 2 rinses and throw it in with what you're cooking or microwave it for a minute. Are they gonna hurt your stomach? Might make you a bit gassy, but your stomach gets used to em quick and then they're excellent. These noodles are a game changer. Any volume eater, cico fanatics need these yesterday.

Really good if you follow instructions
I read the reviews and wasn’t sure what to expect. I had tried miracle noodle a few years ago and they were gross but decided to take a chance on these. I followed the package instructions to rinse, boil for 2 minutes, drain then place in a pan for a few minutes to dry them out. I made a miso dressing to use as a sauce over them for a quick snack. Was very good and under 100 calories for the whole thing!

They are worth the price as long as you eat them regularly.
One package is about the same quantity as one of the $1 ramen noodle packages. It is easy to prepare. The noodles do not have any flavor. They are filling.

Used to be plump, now it's just stringy
I've bought this product several times in the past. I enjoyed using it to make "half cut ramen" with one portion of these and one portion of instant ramen noodles. This helped keep the calorie count down while still being able to make an easy lunch. But over time, their quality has diminished. When I first bought this product, it was the round plump noodles. Those noodles blended in with the ramen seemlessly, with the main noted difference that the konjac noodles had a bit of a bite to them. But over time I've started receiving packets of skinny stringy noodles mixed in with the packets of plump noodles. When I've tried to use them, they've basically been inedible. It's a texture similar to coconut husk or hair, not appetizing at all.And today I received a box of all stringy noodles, you can tell just by looking at them. Something has changed in the manufacturing process, I won't be buying from this brand anymore.

3.5 stars. Thin angel hair good in Pho, Pad Thai, etc. Drain & rinse well
Pretty good. One retail looking box with multiple packs of noodles. I had purchased a couple of different varieties because I wasn't sure which style I would like better (thicker spaghetti, or this angel hair). I primarily want to use it to bulk up some soup. It's cold weather now, and I keep having a craving for broth, and while I want to add something to it to bulk it up, I dont want to add carbs and cals. So here we are. I like shirataki noodles already, and I know it is often a matter of finding the right size style of noodle that makes or breaks the dish. As with any, drain and rinse the noodles well. I never use shirataki noodles as a spaghetti pasta replacement, usually I stick to other dishes just to bulk it up.This kinda works for my quick noodle soup need, though I think these are better suited for pho or other Asian inspired dishes. I say this because the noodle reminds me more of a thin rice noodle. Slightly rubbery, but good. I think I will want to cook them more, or fry them a little for best taste and texture.I haven't yet tried their spaghetti noodle, which I want to use to replicate Skinny Pasta cup of soup but will do so and report back here when I am ready to write that review.EDIT: Tried the other noodle. No go. While I have never had any issue digesting shirataki noodles, and was fine with this angel hair variety, the spaghetti ones I linked above basically um.. came out the other end whole. Gross. Also they were extra rubbery and didnt pick up other flavors. So basically boring, and weirdly chewy. 1 star for the spaghetti. 3.5 stars for this angel hair. I hemmed and hawed between a 3 star rating and 4 star since we cant do half stars. I went with 3, which means it is "just OK". I know I wont buy them again, but will use them up. (The spaghetti ones I wont use. Waste of money).

Very Versatile
Absolutely could not tell the difference in noodles between this and your standard ramen noodles. We were lucky to have a restaurant here that would be willing to sub-in these noodles for us and it was perfect. They soak up the flavor of broths and sauces wonderfully. They don't break easy so they won't fall apart in your food, and the texture was a pleasant kind of soft and chewy. They do come prepackaged in water but retain no trace of smell. The calorie count is great for weight management as well, so usually high-calorie dishes can be enjoyed rather easily. I'm going to try the udon style ones next.
