This is decent quality and I have fitted in my basement, tool cupboard and boiler cupboard.It's not super stylish but it does the job and the light it gives out is good with the silver reflector behind,I wouldn't buy it for a high profile spot in the house but for all those out of the way places where you need decent light this more than does the job at a good price.

Just what I was looking for works well

Easy to install, two screws on the outside. Easy to change the lamp, diffuser held in place by a single screw.Terminals on the lamp holder are small, space around the lamp holder is limited. Small cable entry, won't take M20 gland. Three cable entry points, both sides and end under lamp holder, knock out as required. Two rubber seals supplied for use with flex.

Had installed in series for outside a garage building in conjunction with a separate PIR sensor, installed some standard Edison screw led bulbs and the whole thing is very effective. You can't really go wrong for the price.

Did not work for the bulb I wanted. Came with the wrong type of bulb socket and the size of the case is too small for the standard bulb. Waste of money.

You get what you pay for. I like the traditional bulkhead style and the chunky glass but don't like the flimsy plastic cage and base. Easy to wire up *IF* you remove the bulb holder first by unscrewing the retaining screw
