This was recommended by my chiropractor when she noticed one of my reflexology spots on my foot related to pain I had in my knee. It hurts to step or stand on this until your feet get used to it, You may want to try it with some socks at first. I played around with different spots on my feet and really noticed a difference in the disappearance of pain in my knees when I was walking up and downstairs after. I was so interested in the results of this that I bought a reflexology chart to see what parts of my foot went to were. I would definitely recommend getting this product. It works pretty well.

I purchased this item to help stimulate blood flow in my foot that is suffering from plantar fasciitis. I like the way it feels and I think it does what I was hoping. This is obviously not a cure for plantar fasciitis, but I think can be used in conjunction with other treatments to relieve the pain and promote recovery. I really only need one panel to get the effect I want, so I keep one at home and put one in my suitcase (it fits easily without taking up much room).

It feels good for burst. I can't do it too long and need slippers after a few minutes cause it starts to hurt too much. The mats are as advertised and the bright colors make it easy to find on the floor in the dark

I though this would be more of a rubber like and some cushion. However, it is super hard cheap plastic that is easy to crack. It does not have any massage function. Feel like you are stepping on nails. Cannot believe this product even exists.

It’s sturdy and only suited when wearing soft soles or thick socks! Bare feet hurt as plastic is hard and poky!

It definitely takes some getting used to, but I love the way it makes my feet feel. I got the yellow because it was the cheapest, and it's a decent color. I've got it in my bathroom. It has little hooks to keep the mats together and it doesn't really work, they kept slipping, but it's not necessary to use them. I recommend starting off with socks.

I will keep these mats and give it a try. Cheap thin plastic, harder than what I expected. I would NOT recommend them to anyone. I see these in the trash can in the near future. I doubt they are recyclable.

If you are looking to buy this product, yo have likely used it in the past. It’s a “hurts so good” lind of feeling that it provides as you place your weight on this mat. I was diagnosed with ALS and this little mat helps provide sensations that I believe help with circulation and a tactile rejuvenation.

Very effective thing for improving blood circulation in the soles of the feet. I recommend it to everyone who has cold feet. I ordered 4, connected them and got a mat that I just walk on. Thank you, it's cool!

Just HORRIBLE! Do not spend your money on this piece of crap. The mat is so rigid that you can hurt yourself badly. It is made in plastic, not rubber.

Hard plastic no give to it , wear it with socks and it’s not too bad
