This is a very well designed and easy to use product. I have a torn ACL and Torn Meniscus in my Knee. I have been advised both Cold and Hot Compress by my doctor. SandPuppy Heatwrap works extremely well. What I like about it is - Even , Gentle heating. The heat is well distributed and has 3 levels of control. The auto switch to the mid level after initially coming on at max power is a very useful feature - Very flexible (unlike traditional heating pads which are bulky and cumbersome to use). This really lets you wrap the product around the affected area - Uses a 5V USB Adapter. Much safer than the traditional 220 V supply that comes on heating pads. Also has an extra USB slot on the charger for you to plugin your phone for charging while using the product. Saves on plug points by the bed - Extra Long Velcro strap for use around the waist is very useful - Nice carry bag to store the product away or to take it with you when you travel - Sand Puppy product support is stellar. - They also offer a free consultation with their in-house physiotherapist who is very knowledgeable and helpful

This is a great product. I used it for elbow muscle soreness and for post workout shoulder pain relief. And can’t believe the pain reduced significantly. It’s design makes it so versatile that can practically be used at any part of body. Hats off to the design team. Has USB option and also came with a dual charger. The only thing I suggest is to have one more setting with higher heating option. You would probably need little more heating for back areas. Overall I am happy and would definitely recommend this for family and friends

The first product delivered was defective i.e. it didn't switch on at all. I requested for a replacement and got it immediately. But issue is that even the replacement is faulty. Within 18 days it stopped working. And I have completed the replacement window too. A product which is getting replaced in 1st day itself should have atleast 1 month of warranty. But they hardly give 1 week time. So don't waste your money in this. The alternative products that lasts for years together. I have heating pad from other company used by mom for more than 2 years now...and it still works fine. This is just a fancy looking stuff. But totally useless.

The first product that I received was of good quality. The lights of temperature control worked fine, but the pad did not heat up after I plugged in. As this product was only replaceable and not returnable, I ordered replacement the same day. The product was picked up and new replacement was delivered the next day. The replacement product quality was not as good as the first one. Pad did not heat up when plugged in either. When I checked in Amazon portal, return was allowed on this replacement product. I placed return request on same day. Although I did not like the product, I am happy with the replace/return process handling.

Quality : Best i have seen, wire, switch, velcro, material. All lovable. This makes it long lasting. Velcro is sufficiently provided to help you adjust to your comfort. Strap belt is also good. Use : extremely simple, Instruction on box and instruction template clearly provide usage instructions. Just plug in and press the button for 5 sec to switch it ON. It preheats which is actually good, Simple press will switch mode to high medium and low along with changing colors. Heating is good enough for all type of pain. Recommendation : I recommend this product if you want a long lasting item which serves your purpose for all family members. Cheers!

Hi, Let's unbox this: In this pack you have heating belt, with two extender for hip pain, a band if you are healthy enough and required an extra extender, and charger...I used this belt as my parents have knee pain and shoulder pain... Pros: *Cloth material on one side is velvet and other side it's plain which helps you to stick that belt easy on hand and knee... *First extender can be used for hip and shoulder pain.... If you are fat like me this band will help for extending. *Heating is good as required for body, if you feel more heat you can turn of the button pressing it slight long.. Cons: *It don't have setting to increase or decrease heat.. Over all to me it's a best product, thank you😇😍
