I've been taking these for years and am happy with the results.

For me one of the most important factors in selecting must be what is the source of the oil and where did it come from. For fish from the cleanest waters I always want Alaskan Wild Salmon Oil. Not farmed salmon with its problems. Not fish oil that comes from primarily lower cost fish like sardines , anchovies, cod, etc. Many health writers feel that salmon is the best source of fish oil. One of the Kirlkand fish oils says Alaska fish oil o the front of the label but on the back it says the oil was obtained from fish in the Alaska waters and North Pacific. What exactly is North Pacific - is it off the coast of Russia? Off the coast of China? Off the coast of Japan?

I was trying to order the supplements that don't give the fishy burp aftertaste. They still will work fine though!
