I purchased these for use with casting resin, the silicone material is perfect for working with resin as it does not “bond” with the silicone of the jugs.The large and medium cups are the most useful, the very little ones I don’t really have a use for and I’m probably going to end up losing them in the back of a cupboard as they’re not entirely useful for much.There are graduations of the jugs which makes it easy to ensure that you pour the correct ratio of resin and hardener which is critical when working with resin.A tip is to use a sharpie and mark the outside of the jug with one tick for the hardener, and another tick for the resin itself, that way you can pour directly into the jug both parts, and the pen marking will be clear and easy to see, the graduations and ticks that are moulded into the jugs themselves are a little hard to see.I had an issue with one set of resin and it ended up curing in the jug, it was about 3/4 full and I thought I would end up having to throw the jug away, but I was able to use a wooden stirring stick to free the solid resin from the sides of the jug and with a small about of pressure I managed to pop the cured block of resin out of the jug, very impressive!Cleaning up is easy if you let the resin reach the point just before it becomes hard, using you strutting stick you can get the resin to stick to it and you just keep dabbing and twirling the stick until all the resin has collected in it.If you let it harden it’s not a problem either, use a stirring stick to break off the pieces of resin inside, it’s comes away easy because it can’t bond with the silicone.

I am truly very happy with the quality of these silicone beakers, that I purchased for using with creating my resin. They clean very quickly and easily with the use of a baby-wipe, then they are ready to use again!

The larger containers our perfect in terms of size, whist the smallest ones are impractical for most things - but you have everything covered. The measurements are only marked once on the side so if they get covered it can be very hard to read / see the actual measurements - would be better if they appeared every quarter around the side or the lines ran the whole way around !

I recently bought this product and let me tell you, it's been a blast to use! I've started to make my own dice using resin and the pipettes came in useful when I measure how much each mould needed using water. Then the have the beakers made out of silicone really helped as I could squeeze it in weird shapes to help pour smoothly. Finally the little sticks you get are great for mixing, then can be chucked in the recycling if you don't want it anymore!I highly recommend getting this!

Over the years I have used a lot of disposable plastic measuring beakers for mixing small quantities of polyester resin, and I'm sure the use of these re-usable silicone rubber alternatives will save on plastic waste.Clear easy to read markings, good sizes for my needs. Will probably order more so that I can carry on working, while leaving the remnants of waste resin to cure in used pots prior to cleaning out.
