Good supplements I am ordering more this month.

Did not see the clumping described in other reviews.

I’ve taken these for years. Do they work? I take other supplements too so it’s hard to say for sure, but I don’t seem to get colds as often as my friends and co-workers. I take these because I don’t eat many fruits and so feel I need supplementary anti-oxidants. The taste is very neutral. It tastes like a capsule. The size is very easy to swallow, and each capsule has about the same volume as my multivitamin. Since I don’t get many antioxidants in my diet and these help to mitigate that deficiency, and since antioxidants are very important, I think these offer good value for my money. Each bottle lasts me a couple months and is usually around $20.

The capsules of this product seem like they are glued together. Could not take them out separately. Had to throw them away. Lost my money. This the second time this happens.
