Is this truly usa made cause some responses say taiwan and can the belt clip be repositioned?

Taylor Brands (Taylor Cutlery LLC, Smith & Wesson Knives, etc.) hasn’t made a knife in the USA in 20+ years. All S&W knives are made in PRC, with an exception of a very few made in Taiwan.

Is the glass breaker carbon fiber?

Most glass breakers, most likely this one as well, are made of ceramic. Ceramic reacts negatively with glass making It easier to shatter.

Having a hard time determining if this is usa made or not. seems like different opinions. can someone verify that it's made in the usa, please!?!?

Pretty sure on the box it said it was. I do know it breaks windows easily and safely, went through 4 airbags like they weren’t even there. I’ve had mine for about a year and don’t leave the house without it. Durable Patrol knife.

Why is the knife not deliverable to my address?

Not sure what your address is, but, it’s probably because the knife has an assisted opening mechanism that allows a fast opening of the knife similar to a “switchblade”
