The chair arrived in a beat up box and not packed well. The controller was loose and bouncing in the box. The chair had been partially assembled by someone and the battery had been hooked up so it wouldn’t hold a full charge from the beginning. The movement is very choppy and not a smooth ride. My main reason for the purchase was to be able to fly and travel. I think this chair would make it more difficult. I would have returned it except I ran over the seat belt on my first attempt to drive it and the belt ripped off. I’m not sure what I will do with it.

Well designed and solidly constructed. However, If access to replacement parts or use of warranty is important to you...go elsewhere. These guys do not have a clue.

Product is great my wife loves it and also very affordable,its a little bit heavy but it’s manageable to put inside my car unlike our old scooter which weigh more than 100 lbs and it won’t fit in a car you had to buy a trailer hitch to load the scooter,costumer service is awesome especially Robin Meyer who give me a great help,highly recommend this product.

Received chair one - couldn't get it to work. Had difficulty reaching dealer via phone (unavailable and no voice mail).When I did connect with them we still couldn't get it to work. So I had to box and ship back.Received second chair. It too did not work.Based on my experience I could not recommend this item to anyone.

WoW, It is wonderful. It is compact. It has a charging jack for my cell phone. I made the right choice
