I have a BMW that is lowered. This Jack would not get underneath my car. I tried it on my wife's SUV which you could see in the video and her SUV is too high for this jack to lift the tire off the ground. However for my daughters Mazda sedan, it is perfect. This Jack is plenty powerful and it lifted up my wife's heavy SUV but it reached its highest capacity without getting the ground. So if you have a raised SUV or a lowered car then this Jack will not work for your vehicle. If you have a standard compact midsize or full size sedan this Jack is perfect. It also doubles as a air pump and includes a lug wrench. The lug wrench is not strong enough to break lug nut connections or to tighten them fully. However this lug nut wrench will speed up the process of removing the lug nuts once you've broke the connection and then can use this to spend them off very fast. This also saves you time to spend them back on very fast and then use your lug wrench to tighten fully. This combo Jack air pump will definitely save you time if you got a flat tire. This setup sure does beat getting out a manual hand Jack and cranking it by hand. The included lug wrench will also save you time. I tested the air compressor not in this video and it does a great job airing up tires as well. The included case is a little too big to fit in the fender well so it it stayed stored in my daughter's trunk. It is very good peace of mind to have this combo car jack and air compressor in my daughter's car. I tested the car jack a couple of times already and it holds a car up as long as you want it to and I definitely trust it after testing it. I definitely recommend this and glad that I found it on Amazon.

Lifted my Super Duty no problem with a bed full. Impact works nice too. I was skeptical as the plastic housing on the jack and wrench make it look extremely cheap, but it actually performs well.

So, I received the unit today and tested it to make certain that it would reach all points on my vehicle (2000 B3500 Dodge MaxiVan w/high top @ 8200# GVW). The device footprint is a little small, though it does have a non-skid pad on the bottom I jacked up every wheel to test load test the device. I will definitely be creating a pad for it. The lift range was sufficient to get the wheels off the ground but I do doubt the 5-ton capacity. Lifting the front end with just a little 5.9L engine had it working. That being said lifting any given wheel an 1" off the ground took <30 seconds. Impact wrench comes with 2 dual-ended sockets giving you 4 sizes for lug nuts... None of which were large enough for the lugs on the van but while they are chrome and not the black oxide I'm familiar with for impact sockets, they appear to have the correct curved shape that puts the force on the flats of the nuts rather than the edges. Testing the inertial impact driver was unique but it did work. I would definitely break the nuts loose first by hand to reduce the wear&tear on it, as the bearings and motor sound pretty much consumer-grade. Two little access doors do not latch securely but that's fairly minor. The air compressor struggles to get my tires to 80# and I would definitely rest it but that's not something that I would depend upon it to do, I don't air-down to go offload with the van. The glass-breaker hammer and strap cutter are a nice extra but when it's packed in a box stowed away, the value is reduced in an emergency situation. Gloves? White (really?) and sized for someone little -- maybe mediums? Note to the manufacturer -- use a thicker plastic as an easy way to give the impression of a more solid build without spending money on actually higher quality motors, etc.

I bought this for my boyfriend car and he loves it

Tried to use this for the first time when I noticed my tire pressure was a little low during a road trip and could not get it to function properly. After ten minutes of trying, I had dropped from 29 psi to 23 and gave up; opting to limp my car along until I found a gas station with an air hose. It's letting out air, so it seems like it's pressing on the valve stem appropriately, but no matter what I tried, it was as if it couldn't get enough pressure to overcome the pressure of the air coming out. Way past the return window, of course, so all I can do is hope the rest of the components have enough power to actually work... >_>

The drill was appreciated by technician and regarding lifter was ok but not fully tested but looks promising plus the air pump

I first received this item and was excited about it as I’ve never owned an automatic device to lift the car up for tire changes etc, this item is of extreme built quality, amazing brief case that has Velcro patches on 1 side to stick in your trunk without shuffling around while driving! Now that is the type of attention to detail I call class . The item is also accompanied by a very powerful “Impact wrench” swap your tires too, how ever my wrench seemed to have a “Manufacture defect” which is normal once in a while with every company out of XYZ amount of thousands of products there will always be one or two that have a problem it’s totally normal life isn’t perfect, how ever, I reached out to the seller, and boy must I say, they were really kind and had such professionalism that they even offered to send me out an entire new order telling me to keep the one I have, unfortunately due to the popularity of the item there were temporarily none left in stock, so the seller proceeded to send me a full refund instead … Talk about professional courtesy, honesty and clientele service.
