Broil King Tube-in-Tube Burners for Signet and Sovereign BBQ Grills (3-Burner Kit)

Fit my Broil King Sovereign perfectly. Had to grind off screws holding down original burners but new burners sit securely without hold down screws.

The burners are well made, but you'll likely face a few challenges removing the old rusted burners and the attachment screw. In the case of my Signet grill (used weekly, year around for 8-yrs), the removal of the old attachment screw also removed the surrounding cast aluminum material. As such, the whole was too big for the self-tapping replacement screws. I used short pieces of solid-strand copper wire to function as malleable inserts.

Great to have my burners back working. Not easy to remove the old ones, had to hacksaw the old ones in half and then use vise grips to remove the bolts. Yes new bolts are included, just wrong size, too big. But they are working great.

I had to grind the metal away on the tube where the screw goes into the grille. Other than that it works great, heats up food faster then my old tubes.

My grill lights every time now. Steaks cook perfectly. Replace the burners and covers at the same time. Hardest part is removing the old screws. Had do cut my old burners out. New ones come with all needed hardware. DO NOT FULLY TIGHTEN THE NEW ONES! Else they will also fuse to the body after time. Give the while grill a good cleaning, including the channel that contains the striker. You will be glad you did.

It easy to assume this is 3 burners attached to the collector box that connects them all together. Theres even a photo of all three burners and the collector box. Why not the collector box rots out along with the burners and the burners do not work efficiently without a good collector box. Don't get me wrong this is a good product but after I got all my pieces to refurbish my grill I then had to look for a collector box before I can start the project.
