I live in an area where I would have a two hour drive time just to find the leaf version of Fenugreek. So purchasing this quantity and having it on hand was well worth it to me. It comes packaged in a bag that may not be perfectly sealed, so you should re-package it when you receive it, into a more air tight container. Which I did do. There was much more than I expected with this, but it surely makes all the difference when cooking Indian food and it calls for the dried leaves. I am only able to get fenugreek seed powder in all of my grocery stores! It made all the difference when cooking butter chicken. I was using the powder, and constantly checking the spice section as well as the international food section of the grocery stores for the dried leaf, but nary a leaf to be found. So I found this and it's made my butter chicken taste so much better!

Well sealed packaging, and the spice itself seems to be of good quality. A couple pinches of this towards the end of a curry's cooking time will add some very helpful deep notes in the dish.
